Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email info@kwanghi.com before the order is delivered.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
- The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly – such as a delivery of fresh flowers
- Food with short expiry date on delivery
- The supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised
- Perishable and temperature sensitive goods (cheese and meat alternatives, ice cream, gelato, sauces etc.)
In addition, you will lose your right to cancel if you unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons, combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
You will be asked to provide a valid phone number for both courier and local delivery – any requests for refunds as a result of couriers not being able to contact you (i.e. if you live in a block of flats and access is limited / doorbell doesn't work, parcel can't be left in a safe spot) will not be considered.
Refunds issued will not cover the delivery costs, unless it was our error such as a parcel delivered to a wrong address.
