Your East by Kwanghi Chan order will be shipped to you by one of our team members.

 Online orders are processed on Mondays and Thursday. Service will be provided by DPD courier. 

We only deliver our products to the recipient / designated recipient. Make sure someone will be at the designated address at the day set for delivery, otherwise contact the DPD driver to change the day and time. 

We are entitled to cancel the delivery for any reason, i.e. safety of the driver / delivery person and move your delivery to a different day if needed or send you a refund.

If you require contactless delivery, please let us know – the driver then will knock on your door and stay in the vehicle until you will uplift your order.

Please note that contactless deliveries, if requested, are made at customer’s discretion.

East by Kwanghi Chan is not responsible for parcels stolen or damaged.

 East Kwanghi Chan will only attempt to delivery orders once. Customers who missed a deliver can choose to collect it straight from our HQ or else, we will issue a refund for the total of the order minus a €15.90 shipping fee.
