Our 100% Fermented Black Garlic Sauce represents a culinary innovation crafted by Chef Kwanghi Chan. The fermentation process spans up to 16 weeks which enhances the antioxidants of a normal garlic. Beyond its health benefits, this sauce boasts a tasty flavour profile.
Black Garlic Sauce can be used for marinades, salad dressings, sauces, crumbles, and Asian style recipes.

Water 49%, Red chilli pepper paste 30% (glutinous rice, glucose syrup, water, red pepper powder, garlic, onion, salt, rice wine 0.2%), Soya sauce (soybean, wheat), Fermented black garlic 3.9%, Dried kombu, Sea salt, Sugar, Onion, Xanthan gum, Koji. May contain sesame.
