Inspired by traditional Chinese chilli oil, our Irish Chilli Rayu is made with black garlic and peanut, offering both spicy and savoury flavours. Often used as garnish for dumplings and noodle dishes, it could also be used over eggs, avocados, salads, and anything that essentially requires a hint of spice!
